Entrée Salads

Our salads are made with the freshest ingredients. We start with a mix of petite whole leaves, then add European cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, glazed pecans, generously toss it with Bridgewater Wines special homemade secret white balsamic dressing, then top it with a protein of your choice.

Choose a salad topper:

  • Maryland Crab Cake with Remoulade
  • Grilled Extra Jumbo Shrimp with seasonings
  • The Bridgewater Chicken- perfectly seasoned, tender pulled chicken
  • Sliced Seared Tuna-with cucumber wasabi dressing
  • Caprese-fresh sliced tomatoes, mozzarella with basil pesto and Arbequina Olive Oil
  • Greek-topped with chicken, feta cheese, stuffed grape leaves and Bridgewater’s Greek dressing
  • Roasted Sirloin Steak-with sea salt

Artichoke, Ricotta & Roasted Chicken

Petite leaf lettuce, chicken, red onions, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, Feta cheese,  Tzatziki sauce, Greek dressing on a warm flatbread


Maryland Crab Cake
Ricotta, mozzarella, Maryland style crab cake, capers, red onions, Old Bay drizzled with Remoulade

Sliced Smoked Salmon, dill sauce, capers and red onions on a nice warm flatbread


Reuben
Sliced corned beef, swiss, mozzarella, special sauce, sauerkraut, sprinkled with caraway seeds


Margherita
Flatbread with fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil pesto


Sandwiches

All sandwiches are served on a fresh ciabatta roll from Tom Cat Bakery of NYC with a Bridgewater Wines house side salad or chips.

The Bridgewater Chicken Sandwich
Roasted chicken is accompanied by melted brie cheese, fig spread, a hint of thyme and yellow onion


Maryland Crab Cake Sandwich
A warm Maryland Crab Cake with remoulade, lettuce and tomato
